Sketches for barbecue spots with grills and ovens are the three central elements of the family area where different generations and people can meet and hang out while the kids play just near by. Placing the grill area among the play area makes the grown ups able to look out for the kids at the same time as the kids get time to play while grown ups cook.

Falkenberg has a strong local food craft (agriculture) tradition as well as the pottery tradition and that is what the sea shell shaped grills and ovens in clay are emphasizing.
